Letošní 70. ročník cen Emmy se nesl ve znamení tří seriálů: Hra o trůny, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel a druhé řady antologie American Crime Story. Právě tyto tři tituly získaly ve svých kategoriích nejvíce ocenění, ale naštěstí se dostalo i na druhé. Nejvíce přehlíženým titulem letošního ročníku je tak mnou oblíbený Příběh služebnice, který nezískal ani jednu sošku v hlavních kategoriích.
